Unfortunately it isn’t possible to return your order. The custom sneakers are made on request in the requested size. The right of withdrawal is therefore not applicable. The sale is final after successful payment.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defect, damaged or if you’ve received the wrong item. We will check the issue and come up with a solution.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The item has to be unworn, unused and in its original packaging.
